Those two confirmed numbers already tell you a lot.1 GB RAM and 1 GB of available space are very low bars for a modern Steam release, which fits the game's lightweight arcade style. If the final spec sheet stays anywhere near these figures, essentially any PC from the past decade should be able to run it.
